How to Send MoneyGram (Sender Steps)

You can send money via the MoneyGram app, website, or at any physical location worldwide.

1. Select Receiver: Choose "Bank Account" as the receiving method.
2. Enter Account Details: Use the information provided in the section above, and double-check that the business bank account details such as account name, account number, and bank name match the information shown during checkout or in the shipping fee payment portal sent to your email before initiating the transfer.
3. Payment Method: Pay using your credit/debit card or bank account.
4. Reference Number (MTCN): Once the transaction is completed, MoneyGram will provide you with an 8-digit reference number (MTCN).

Verification

For orders

Once you have completed the transfer, please send the following information to our email: payment@vietnine.com

For shipping fee payment

Once you've completed your shipping fee payment, upload or send your transaction receipt using the portal sent to your email.

Confirmation

Upon payment confirmation, your order will be processed. Orders paid through MoneyGram will update from pending to processing status. For shipping fee payment confirmation, you can track the shipping fee payment progress via the portal sent to your email.

Important Notes

Recipient Name Match: The name on your MoneyGram transfer must match the name on your order.

Processing Time: Funds are often deposited directly into our account within a few minutes to a few hours. We will process your order once we receive confirmation from our bank.

Transfer Fees: Select the option for the sender to pay all MoneyGram transfer fees. If fees are deducted from the total, the order cannot be processed. Please ensure you select "Send Full Amount" or include the transfer fee, so the amount received matches your invoice.

Accuracy: Ensure all recipient information is correct to avoid delays or rejected transactions.
