Guide to paying orders and shipping fees using Western Union
This guide explains how to pay for an order or a shipping fee using Western Union through a direct transfer to our business bank account in Vietnam.
Please follow the details below carefully to avoid delays or rejected transfers.

2. Make the transfer
You can send money through Western Union in either of these ways:
- Online / App: Use WesternUnion.com or the Western Union mobile app.
- In person: Visit a Western Union agent location near you.
Important: Select Bank Account as the receiving method.

4. Payment verification
For order payments
After completing the transfer, Western Union will provide:
- a 10-digit MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number)
- a receipt
Please send a clear photo or scan of the receipt together with the MTCN to:

Once you complete the shipping fee payment, upload or send the receipt using the payment portal link sent to your email.
5. Payment confirmation
Once payment is confirmed:
- your order payment will move from pending to processing
- your shipping fee payment progress can be tracked from the portal sent to your email
Important notes
- Fees: Select the option for the sender to pay all Western Union transfer fees. If fees are deducted from the total, the order cannot be processed.
- Processing Time: Direct-to-bank transfers usually arrive within a few hours to 1 to 3 business days. Your order will be processed once our bank confirms the payment.
- Accuracy: Make sure all recipient information is correct to avoid delays or rejected transactions.
